Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient's record
Support admissions, discharges, and safe patient transfers
Assist with wound care, ADLs, and other essential bedside tasks
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for patients and coworkers

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Comfortable with medication administration, basic assessments, and documentation
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

LPN diploma or practical nursing certificate
High school diploma or equivalent; LPN program completion required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing care skills
Medication administration and accurate charting
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Good clinical judgment, organization, and time management
Compassionate bedside manner and clear communication with patients/families
