Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
Monitor patient status, report changes to the care team, and document accurately
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and policy
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to coordinate safe patient care
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges with attention to detail
Support patient education and family communication with clarity and empathy
Contribute to a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible to obtain state licensure
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Previous clinical experience as an LPN preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Ability to perform medication administration, basic assessments, and documentation

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Practical nursing fundamentals and medication administration
Basic patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Electronic health record documentation and clinical charting
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Professional bedside manner and patient-centered communication
