Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients according to plan
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility policies and procedures
Support patient and family education with clarity and empathy
Participate in safety and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current LPN license (required) — be ready to practice in Georgia
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility
Previous LPN experience in a hospital or acute care setting is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and professional
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and manage a full patient assignment

Education

LPN vocational certificate or diploma
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Patient assessment and monitoring skills
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and charting
Infection control and standard precautions
Time management and prioritization during long shifts
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
