Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders
Perform routine patient assessments and promptly report changes to the care team
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain clear shift handoffs
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and allied health staff to support positive outcomes
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable with medication administration, patient assessments, and documentation
Reliable, professional, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Ability to pass background check and required facility screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Active LPN license in Georgia

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Accurate medication administration and basic treatment skills
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Proficient charting and familiarity with electronic health records
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
