Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (specific days not provided, but assume variable shifts)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to team

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous experience as an LPN (not required, but preferred)

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and electronic medical records experience
