Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs
Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the care team
Administer medications as prescribed and document accordingly
Assist with daily living activities to promote patient comfort
Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification required
Recent clinical experience preferred but not required
Must be compassionate and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Patient-centered care approach
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
