Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as an LPN in the facility
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Maintain clear, timely documentation of patient care and observations
Support nursing staff during orientation and handoffs to ensure continuity
Adhere to infection control and facility safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Georgia) — required
Completion of an accredited practical nursing or vocational nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — obtained or willing to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and bedside skills
Reliable, professional, and willing to attend required orientation

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation
Infection control and safety procedures
Electronic and paper charting best practices
Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
Time management for efficient, quality-focused care
