Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a supportive environment
- Circulate during C-sections with confidence and precision
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond quickly to any changes
- Support families through the beautiful journey of birth and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with OB techs and on-call specialists to ensure seamless care
- Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units while delivering excellent patient experiences
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D/PP experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation
- Comfortable circulating C-sections
- Excellent communication with patients and families
- Ability to follow birth plans with care and respect
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
