Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to support optimal recovery
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
