Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required; 30-minute call response time
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care in a dynamic 4-suite OR with GI endoscopy
- Assist with a variety of cases including robotic procedures, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, hernias, appendectomies, basic ortho, gyn, and podiatry
- Collaborate with skilled OR techs and first assistants to ensure smooth case flow
- Document accurately using Epic EMR while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Respond to call within 30 minutes to support after-hours and weekend needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
- Current BLS certification
- Robot and GI experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Epic electronic medical record proficiency
- Robotic and GI surgical nursing experience
- Perioperative patient assessment and care
- Call response readiness and flexibility
