Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Help patients recover from surgeries, falls, and other conditions with personalized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
- Document care accurately using HomeCare/HomeBase EMR
- Travel within a 60-mile radius to deliver high-quality home health services
Qualifications
- Current North Dakota Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of previous home health experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Strong PT-related skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with HomeCare/HomeBase EMR
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 5-7 patients per day
