Location: Hamlin, Texas

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours guaranteed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through targeted exercise programs
- Provide hands-on massage and therapeutic interventions under PT supervision
- Guide patients through gait and balance training to improve independence
- Track and document patient progress to support personalized care plans
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists to deliver outstanding outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Texas or compact PTA license
- Minimum 2 years of PTA experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Exercise prescription and progression
- Therapeutic massage techniques
- Gait and balance training methods
- Patient progress monitoring and reporting
- Collaborative care with supervising physical therapists
