Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate across all surgical specialties with confidence and skill
- Support complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARS
- Assist with advanced neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies
- Guide patients through robotic-assisted orthopedic and general surgeries
- Collaborate with surgeons and teams during trauma and emergency cases
- Precept and mentor fellow nurses when the opportunity arises
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Proven ability to circulate in multiple surgical specialties
- Robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems preferred
- Strong references and exceptional clinical skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
- Comfortable floating between two campuses just 16 minutes apart
- Skilled in ortho trauma, total joints, and general surgery cases
- Knowledge of eyes, endo, and cysto procedures
- Reliable, committed, and ready to jump in when needed
