Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to elderly residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including mobility and personal hygiene
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents
- Support residents with meals and encourage social interaction
Qualifications
- Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification
- Current state registration as a GNA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to elderly care
- Reliability and flexibility for per diem shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of infection control practices
- Good observation and documentation skills
- Team collaboration and resident advocacy
