Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with approximately 120 hours of call per contract in rotation with staff
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and patients for cases ranging from general to robotics
- Respond to trauma and neuro cases with confidence and precision
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic while supporting seamless patient handoffs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Proven trauma and neuro experience in the operating room
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols and sterile technique
- Comfortable with a wide range of cases including ENT, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
