Location: Charlevoix, Michigan
Start Date: 06-15-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12-hour shifts, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 60
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced nursing leadership
- Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of residents in long-term care settings
- Follow established hospital procedures to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families while supporting their unique needs
- Uphold McLaren Northern's commitment to excellence and reliability
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Michigan LTC fingerprinting is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in long-term care environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient and family-centered care
