Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
- Treat upper extremity injuries including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Develop personalized treatment plans for acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient clients
- Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team to deliver comprehensive care
- Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- BLS certification required
- Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy
- Experience with upper extremity conditions including shoulders, wrists, and elbows
- Lymphedema training is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
- Upper extremity therapy techniques
- Hands-on treatment for shoulder, wrist, and elbow conditions
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Documentation with ReDoc and Meditech systems
