Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU environment
- Monitor and manage ventilators and central lines for critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, Neonatologists, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
- Float to Mother-Baby and L&D units to support newborn transitions and well-baby care
- Follow AWHONN/NANN staffing guidelines to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Serve as a safety advocate when floating to other units as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum three years of NICU nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at time of submittal
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience caring for neonatal patients on ventilators and with central lines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable floating between NICU, Mother-Baby, and L&D units
- Knowledge of AWHONN/NANN neonatal care guidelines
