Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU
Location: Garden City, KS
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
- Build a positive culture that enhances nursing competency and teamwork
- Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
- Titrate vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
- Mentor staff while floating to support other departments as needed
- Ensure high-quality care for cardiac, vascular, and respiratory patients
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
- Fluoro license preferred for technical staff
- Strong critical care and telemetry experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical Care and Telemetry expertise
- Vasoactive drip management
- Moderate sedation administration
- Cardiac, vascular, and EP procedures
- Ventilator and respiratory equipment management
