Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a rural LDRP setting
- Triage patients and confidently serve as the baby catcher and transition nurse
- Titrate Pitocin drips to support safe labor progression
- Collaborate with OB providers who respond within 20 minutes for after-hours needs
- Support occasional floating to med-surg when the team needs an extra hand
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
- Current ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications
- Comfortable functioning independently in a small, rural hospital environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP clinical skills including triage and newborn transition
- Ability to read fetal monitoring strips confidently
- Experience with OBIX EFM system is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable to changing unit needs
