Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living needs
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals and condition changes
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain clear, timely patient records and communicate effectively with families
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current Pennsylvania license or eligible to obtain licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 8-hour clinical shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a care team

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Electronic health record documentation and charting
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment
