Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during overnight hours
Perform routine assessments, document findings, and escalate changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain clear, professional documentation in the electronic health record
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence
Follow facility policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a close-knit team
Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration and patient monitoring
Proficient charting and documentation practices
Basic wound care and infection control knowledge
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during busy shifts
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
