Shift Type: Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend required, Evening shift

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respectful, individualized personal care to residents as an LNA
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff
Document care activities accurately and timely in the resident record
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
Ability to work local assignment in Franklin, NH and cover every other weekend
Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Successful background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Compassionate patient care approach and strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of resident personal care and hygiene needs
Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
Good documentation and observational skills
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Basic infection control and safe handling practices
