Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Assist with meal setup and feeding support as needed during shift
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current LNA certification (Licensed Nursing Assistant) in accordance with state requirements
Reliable transportation required — local assignment, so you must have your own ride
Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM evening shift
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required trainings prior to the first day
Local candidates preferred (order listed as local only)

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program and current LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and basic patient care
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Strong observational skills to notice changes in patient condition
Basic charting and documentation skills
Professional, compassionate bedside manner
