Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) while promoting dignity and independence
Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect patients and yourself
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with the care team to create a comfortable, respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (or state equivalent) — Pennsylvania certification preferred or eligible
Completion of a state-approved nurse aide training program
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening (facility-required)
Clear background check and ability to pass any facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL support
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and hand hygiene practices
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Reliable documentation and charting skills
Teamwork, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
