Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide attentive sitter support across various floors
Monitor vital signs and perform hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort
Assist with feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning for optimal care
Deliver compassionate care in a dynamic hospital environment
Float within the region as needed to support team success

Qualifications

Active WA CNA license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
Flexibility and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

EPIC charting system
Vital signs monitoring
Patient ambulation and positioning
Hourly rounding protocols
