Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility support
Maintain clear, timely documentation of patient care and observations
Support infection control practices and maintain a clean patient environment
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
Communicate respectfully with patients and families to ensure comfort and understanding

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Pennsylvania) or eligibility to obtain state certification
Current state-required immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience as a nursing assistant preferred but new grads who meet certification requirements are welcome

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Successful completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Vital signs measurement and reporting
Proper infection control and hand hygiene practices
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Accurate documentation and charting
Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
