Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes in condition
Support nursing staff with daily tasks and timely documentation
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable attendance and the ability to perform physical aspects of care

Education

High school diploma or GED
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
Infection control and safe patient handling
Accurate charting and documentation
Team collaboration and effective communication
Time management and prioritization on busy shifts
