Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Perform routine vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with activities of daily living to promote dignity and comfort
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with teammates
Support patient feeding and nutrition needs as directed by nursing staff

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable assisting with patient mobility and personal care
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in required training

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL support
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Patient hygiene, safe transfer, and mobility assistance
Infection prevention and basic safety protocols
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and teamwork in a clinical setting
