Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
- Work collaboratively with the care team to support individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Comfortable working 6-hour shift assignments
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills
Education
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and comfort measures
- Safe patient transfer and mobility assistance
- Clear communication with patients and the clinical team
- Reliable documentation and attention to detail
