Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living to preserve dignity and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient status; communicate changes promptly to the nursing team
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility, keeping patient safety front and center
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting to support continuity of care
• Follow infection control and facility protocols to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — T-CNA credentials recognized
• Comfortable working night shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings into mornings)
• Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks and complete required training
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

• Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
• Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
• Infection control and hygiene best practices
• Accurate documentation and time management during long shifts
• Team collaboration and clear communication with nursing staff and leadership
