Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients during overnight shifts
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Maintain clear, professional communication with patients and families
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical emergencies
• Complete timely and accurate charting in the electronic health record
• Support seamless shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license (qualify for the role you are applying to)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Prior clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on overnight shifts
• Ability to pass facility background checks and meet credentialing requirements

Education

• LPN: Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment skills and comfort with overnight patient monitoring
• Medication administration and charting accuracy
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
• Good time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork mindset and effective clinical communication
