Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
Assemble instrument trays with precision and attention to detail
Execute proper sterilization processes to ensure patient safety
Handle scope reprocessing with care and expertise
Support the OR and GI departments with reliable sterile supplies

Qualifications

Current CRCST certification required
Active BLS certification
Experience in sterile processing preferred
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Knowledge & Skills

Decontamination procedures
Instrument assembly techniques
Sterilization protocols
Scope reprocessing methods
Basic ortho, general, gyn, and GI case knowledge
