Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery goals

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification needed
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new grads and seasoned therapists who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-op patients
Able to manage wound care and use of wound vacs when needed
Strong communication skills to work with nursing and therapy colleagues
Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
