Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients improve their communication skills through personalized therapy
Assess speech and language disorders to create effective treatment plans
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to support patient progress
Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed

Qualifications

Current SLP license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Speech and language assessment techniques
Therapy planning and implementation
Patient documentation and progress tracking
Collaborative care coordination
