Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and support for adult and neonatal patients
Deliver life-saving respiratory treatments including BiPAP, nebulizer therapy, and ABG draws
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Care for neonates 32 weeks and up using bubble CPAP in a strong level 2 nursery setting
Collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery competency
Ventilator management expertise and bubble CPAP skills

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup for neonatal and adult patients
ABG draws, nebulizer treatments, and conscious sedation standby
Strong assessment skills for neonates 32 weeks and up
Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
