Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans that support each patient's unique goals
Provide outpatient therapy services with occasional support for acute inpatient needs
Collaborate with a pediatric PTA and interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy sessions
Document patient progress and coordinate care across the care continuum

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestones
Outpatient therapy best practices
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Aquatic therapy experience is a plus
Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs throughout the day
