Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
Provide expert physical therapy services for orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, and neuro patients
Collaborate with PTA staff to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programs
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Develop treatment strategies for balance difficulties and movement disorders
Create meaningful connections with patients on their recovery journey

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy settings
Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and protocols
Orthopedic rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery
Vestibular and balance disorder treatment
Neurological rehabilitation approaches
Cerner electronic medical records system
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
