Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, block scheduling arranged with manager, includes call and floating between campuses

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Provide first assistant support in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN cases
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
RNFA certification or equivalent experience
Experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Robotics experience is a must-have

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic, robotic, neurosurgical, and gynecologic procedures
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Ability to scrub and assist in the operating room
Comfortable floating between campuses and taking call
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
