Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating schedule with every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse while delivering compassionate care to residents
Administer medications accurately and monitor for effectiveness
Perform skilled wound care to promote healing and comfort
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's unique needs
Respond promptly to changes in condition and communicate with on-call providers

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
Familiar with Matrix EMR system a plus
Able to build trusting relationships with residents and families
