Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized therapy plans that help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on communication strategies

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Outpatient experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Swallowing evaluation techniques
Patient-centered care approach
Electronic medical record documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
