Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology units
Circulate C-sections and assist with deliveries
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery

Qualifications

Current RN license in California
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and FHM AWHONN certifications required
Experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, or Gynecology nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing skills in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology
Critical care skills
Cerner EMR experience
Triage and postpartum care expertise
