Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, 36 hours guaranteed per week
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to trauma, cardiac, and sepsis patients in a fast-paced 1:2-3 ratio environment
- Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation to stabilize patients effectively
- Read, interpret, and document GE monitor strips with tele tech support
- Manage respiratory equipment from nasal cannula to vents while troubleshooting
- Float to PCU or MedSurg maintaining fair patient ratios
- Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes to ensure seamless coverage
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Valid driver's license to confirm 50-mile radius rule
- No current employment with CommonSpirit facilities
Education
- RN licensure; BSN not required
Knowledge & Skills
- EPIC charting proficiency
- Titratable drip management including cardiac and sedation
- Telemetry strip interpretation
- Patient care for stroke, heart failure, renal issues, and substance abuse cases
- Vent and high-flow oxygen troubleshooting
