Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 12 HR NIGHTS
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75.05 - $52.54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry for 5-6 patients delivering exceptional pre and post care
- Titrate critical drips like Cardizem, Dopamine, and Amiodarone with confidence
- Handle fast-paced turnover of 78-90 patients weekly making a real impact on cardiac and stroke recovery
- Support stable post-procedure patients including pacemakers and defibrillators
- Collaborate with team leads on admissions, discharges, and COVID care using opti-flow and BiPAP
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Experience in cardiac telemetry with patient ratios up to 1:6
- Comfortable with call requirements and floating as needed
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in dysrhythmias, CHF, unstable angina, and new CVA/TIA
- Skilled in multiple cardiac drips and titration
- Familiarity with fast-paced units, TR bands, and non-rebreather masks
- Ability to manage COVID patients on opti-flow and BiPAP
