Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12 hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to oncology and trauma PCU patients from diagnosis through remission
- Manage drips like chemotherapy, heparin, and cardizem with precision
- Monitor hemodynamics using CVP, A-line, Swan, and EV-1000
- Collaborate with a stellar team including charge nurses, educators, and support staff
- Perform hourly rounding to enhance patient experience
- Float to similar med/surg and PCU units as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2 years of experience preferred, open to first-time travelers
- Chemotherapy certification required
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- ONS/ONCC certification
Education
- RN required, BSN preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge & Skills
- EPIC charting expertise
- Ventilator management
- Hemodynamic monitoring including CVP, A-line, Swan-Ganz, EV-1000, ICP
- Titration of insulin and cardizem drips
- Oncology and PCU patient care
- Teamwork and a positive attitude even on tough days
