Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to foster independence and confidence
- Track progress and adjust therapies to celebrate every milestone
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Maryland licensure or ability to obtain quickly
- BLS certification preferred
- Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility
- Team player ready to dive into a dynamic rehab environment
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Excellent patient communication and motivation techniques
- Proficiency with rehab documentation and protocols
- Adaptability in a skilled nursing facility setting
