Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
- Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Wisconsin PT licensure or ability to obtain quickly
- BLS certification preferred
- Passionate about patient-centered care
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and empathy with diverse patients
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and exercises
- Adaptability in fast-paced rehab environments
