Shift Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), weekends as needed, holiday requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med-high risk labor and delivery patients
Titrate drips and monitor fetal strips using Centricity EFM
Support 1500 births yearly across 8 L&D beds, 10 postpartum beds, and 2 OR suites
Collaborate with nurse aids, surgical techs, and charge nurses
Provide nursery level 2 care with NRP readiness

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2+ years experience in labor and delivery or nursery level 2
BLS and NRP certifications required
Comfortable with EPIC charting and high-acuity OB cases

Education

RN licensure; BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery for med-high risk patients
Proficiency titrating drips and reading fetal strips
Familiarity with AWHONN guidelines and OB emergencies
