Shift Type: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients including geriatric psych and bipolar cases
- Maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 for personalized attention
- Collaborate with the team in a 26-bed inpatient unit to support healing journeys
- Utilize EPIC charting to document progress and ensure seamless care coordination
- Navigate dynamic environments with a seclusion room available as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2+ years of experience
- BLS certification from AHA
- Valid driver's license for 60-mile radius rule
Education
- BSN preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in psychiatric nursing for adults 55+
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Strong understanding of geriatric psych and dementia care
- Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations
