Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver individualized goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Collaborate with the team to uphold hospital policies and top-tier nursing standards
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Meditech OBIX and Pyxis Supply Stations to provide exceptional patient care
Apply critical thinking to manage diverse Med-Surg cases in a dynamic 31-bed unit

Qualifications

Active Alaska state RN license
3 years of Med-Surg experience
BLS AHA ACLS PEARS NIHSS and COVID vaccine required
Strong critical thinking skills to thrive in acute care

Education

BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Med-Surg nursing with sharp critical thinking
Proficiency with Meditech OBIX and Pyxis systems
Commitment to national patient safety standards
Adaptability in a fast-paced acute care setting
